Bow Island Health Center

As a Donor, you have a choice of directing your donation to a specific project or program.  

The Bow Island & District Health Foundation has developed specific categories of the most common designated areas.  The category “Greatest Needs” is a general fund that allows the Foundation Trustees to direct your donation to the most urgent funding needs.  If your donation is “In Memory” of a deceased individual, please specify both the individual and the category you wish the donation to go to. For more information on each category, see Ongoing Projects

The Foundation issues tax receipts to tax eligible donations in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Regulations.  The Foundation’s CRA Registration number is R12407513.

How To Donate

  • ‍In Person (cash or cheque)

Donations by cash or cheque can be dropped off at the Foundation Office during office hours (Tuesday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 3 PM).  The Foundation Office is located at Bow Island Health Centre, adjacent to the Outpatient Lab.

  • By Mail (cheque)

         Cheques made out to Bow Island & District Health Foundation.  In the Memo line, please include:  

  1. category (if none is noted, the donation will go to “Greatest Needs)
  2. If the donation is In Memory of a loved one or friend, the name of the individual being remembered
